Bidrage med feedback14 of us went to this place for dinner. Wait time was really long for both drinks and food. I ordered wine and it still took 15 min to arrive. Other than the wait time, service was good. For such large table our server took good care of us. Everyone in ourtable ordered drinks and loved it. Food wise appetizers were very tasty. We got all sort of stuffs from crab dip to queso dip, fried green tomatoes, onion rings, corn bread, etc. Fried tomatoes were highly overrated. Corn bread was so soft and delicious. We also loved the crab dip. For dinner I got the special. They had garlic stuffed steak with buttered marrow on top. As much asI wanted the steak since that's what's popular in TX, I was disappointed. I ordered medium steak. It was dry and chewy. I know Iordered buttered steak but it had overwhelming amount of butter, I felt nauseous. I couldn't eat my dinner at all besides 2bites. Other than the steak everything was pretty good including side of mashed potatoes and green beans. My friends who orderedregular steak and meatloaf liked their plates. We got chocolate cakes for dessert. Most of us were too full to try but everyoneloved it. Restaurant ambience is great.
I wanted to try this spot because of the reviews. I loved the layout of the restaurant and the atmosphere was nice. They also had live music which was nice, a lot of places don?t do this anymore. I ordered the Chips and Queso, it was good. Limemargarita, it was strong for me (but i don?t really drink so that may be why also) I ordered the Blackened catfish and gulfshrimp, this was decent but I tasted more marina sauce then anything, probably won?t get this again. We also ordered the Pecanpie and this was good and very sweet. The waitress was really nice and attentive.
First time at this restaurant. Great atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly! Our server was Hayden and he rocked it! He made sure to tell us all about the great menu choices. I know he was trying to help us but it just made it harder to choose. From the hostess to the server to staff members passing by, they were smiling and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends alike. Well done guys!! Next time I’m here from Tulsa I’ll be back
The onion rings were perfectly crispy with a unique seasoning. The meatloaf was next level. The fajitas were tender and the sides were colorful as well as flavorful. The ribs were slightly dry but delicious. The mac n' cheese was creamy with a nice contrast of texture through the layers. Best mac I ever had. Props to chef John Franke Daniel Halverson, that is one seriously talented kitchen.
Top-notch from beginning to end, appetizer to entree. The onion rings were exceptional and the prime rib sandwich was incredible. Also loved the watermelon salad as I've never seen that particular combo of fruits and light greens before.
