I've been here a few times now. I hesitated to rate this place because I thought I was surely wrong, but I wasn't. I won't be back.Great food, but the staff is dishonest at best or racist. They don't speak English when I order, but I've overheard them speaking English for phone orders. They take 10+ minutes to prepare my order while filling orders of people who came in after me. They have signs up that say they don't take credit or debit, but I watch Spanish speaking customers using credit and debit. Last time I was there it was literally the person after me who used a credit card.

Terrible experience. I requested water, but it tasted unpleasant. I ordered food and waited 30 minutes without receiving anything or even an update on the situation. It's basic courtesy in the food industry to keep customers informed or at least offer something in the meantime. I ended up wasting my lunch break for nothing.

The plátano fritos and pupusa variety is a big plus. They are my go to for catering my family events. They are always on time and package the food in an organized way. The customer service is wonderful and you can tell they are a faith filled family that operate a small business with a lot of teamwork! Thank you for serving the Irving community even through the pandemic.
