Bidrage med feedbackThis was our first time visiting for lunch. The Kung Pao Chicken was tasty, but we really enjoyed the Orange Chicken because of its sweetness. We also ordered the vegetable spring rolls, but they were quite unappetizing, to the point that even my child wouldn't eat them.
We spoke to the manager about Thirsha's behavior, but nothing changed; she just left and acted indifferent, even giving Thirsha a nod in the back as if nothing was wrong. Throughout our visit, my sister was the only one of us to receive her food, and we ended up waiting for her while Thirsha repeatedly stared at us and made comments about my family to her coworkers. It made us feel very uncomfortable.
Regarding my previous visit—where do I even start? I stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes while the employees acted as if I were invisible. I approached one of the servers who was just three meters away and asked, “Don’t you see me standing here? What’s going on?” There was also a cook in the kitchen who rudely told me, “Can’t you see we’re closed?” I was taken aback because why would I ask for service if I knew you were closed? If the restaurant is closed, why isn’t the front door locked, and why hasn’t anyone informed me? I felt foolish standing at the counter like that for ten minutes. By 10:30, another customer walked in, and one of the servers immediately began serving them. I chimed in, pointing out that I had been waiting first. The other customer apologized, not wanting to cut in line, but I assured him it was the staff’s fault, not his. The manager, Rodger, then told me that I could leave before the police arrived. He went on to misinform the officers, claiming I had entered the restaurant screaming and that he didn't want to serve me. I asked the officers to step outside so I could share my side of the story. They suggested that I reach out to Panda’s corporate office to file a complaint about the incident and noted that Rodger didn’t want me in the store. It seemed to me that Rodger was either confused or had some underlying issues regarding race. He is unfit to manage a Panda Express; he completely misrepresented the truth to the officers, and his managerial training appears to be severely lacking. Rodger failed to treat me as a customer or even as a human being. This whole situation could have easily been avoided if someone had simply said, “Sir, we’re not open yet; we’ll be ready in five minutes!” Whatever happened to the warm welcome I used to receive at other Panda locations?
Absolutely disgusting. The online order will take you to the bottom of the barrel scrap. Orange chicken was disgusting and the rice was moist and soggy at 6:00 on a Saturday delivery. UnacceptableFood: 1/5
For some reason, anytime I select the dinner plate with anything other than orange chicken (example beef and broccoli), I end up with three pieces of meat and a plate full of vegetables. If I didn't want any meat then I would have ordered a vegetarian plate. I have been to this location 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times they have really skimped me on the meat. From now on I will go to another location.
