Bidrage med feedbackThe woman at the drive-thru didn't ask if I had a code or used my McDonald's app. I gave the code at the first window and she kept telling me I had to do it at the next window. I repeated the code five times before she finally understood. I was frustrated that no one had asked about the app beforehand. I've never experienced such poor customer service at McDonald's before. It was a disappointing experience overall.
The experience of dining at this restaurant was similar to any McDonald's - no issues there. However, when I went to pay at the drive-thru window, the first problem arose when they couldn't scan my app or their system wasn't working properly. Then, the cashier accused me of ordering the wrong meal, which ended up costing more than what I had actually ordered. I only realized this when I reached the second window. The manager (I think?) came over and nonchalantly told me it was just a dollar more, as if it didn't matter. I felt frustrated that they had overcharged me. Eventually, he recognized his mistake, and even offered me a complimentary apple pie to make up for it. Unfortunately, I couldn't accept the gesture as I can't eat sugar. In the end, I just accepted the overcharge and drove away because I was already running late to meet someone. It was a disappointing experience overall.

The restaurant provided excellent customer service, in contrast to the Kroger down the road. A young man came out to place my order on a kiosk to avoid contact during COVID. They sanitized the play area and their cups are recyclable, although there are no blue recycling containers in the country to be found.
Had a simple order that was miscommunication so I let them know at the next window, they wanted to defend the associate instead of helping fix the order, I had to come inside the store and order, after reorder the order was still wrong and when I asked for help I was told “ you don’t know how to order” by a manager who the begin to converse with the associate and laugh as if I was a joke. Extremely unprofessional and definitely not managed correctly
