The sandwich was tasty, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean, but at $14, it didn't offer good value for the money. I would have been better off going to Subway or Schlotzky's.

The staff here is friendly, and the service is quick. It’s a great dining spot! I often visit since it’s right near my workplace. I appreciate how comfortable it is to grab my favorite meals on my way home.

Always attentive and precise with my special requests. I love it!

Service was absolutely horrible. Me and my friends went for a early lunch and I will say the service was disrespectful. I guy which I didn’t get his name was beyond rude over a sandwich. Let’s just say Jimmy John’s is a cross the way. Service means a lot, bad service equals bad money spent.

Ryan the supervisor manager whatever his job title. The service is why am writing this bad review. I went twice this week, today would make it the 3rd time. He basically said he is the one to make a complaint too. He also stated he is the manager and the district manager. The way he spoke! I work close and visit this location daily. The service has been good until today. Being a manager/district does not give the right to be rude and unprofessional. My co- worker said his tone was incorrect. I will surely be writing corporate to make a formal complaint. I will NEVER step foot in this location. Thank you Ryan Morrow for dropping the ball. I also will be writing the BBB.
