Freebirds World Burrito - Irving

Food tasted decent. However I didn’t appreciate that I was charged almost 4 dollars for a few pieces of potato and cheese. It was my first time eating here and there was no indication these were extra charges. Very disappointed in the service

I ordered a steak super monster burrito, 80% rice, toppings left off, no salsa that I paid for, 15% beans, 3% everything else, none of it tasted fresh, and maybe a teaspoon of tiny pieces of what they call steak that I couldn't even taste, I had to take it apart at the end just to know how the meat was flavored. sorry, but this place has gone way downhill. I won't be coming back.

Just go to Chipotle this location has gone to trash

It's been a few years since I've done freebirds as the ones near me have closed... I got the monster burito. Both the mexican and cilantro rices were dry and they scooped the remaining into the new so you had a bunch of hard rice. The beans were all cold I had refried and black my wife had black and pinto, all were cold. Lastly the meat was no Bueno. The chicken was over cooked and dry, the steak they had just brought out and it was more on the rare and very chewy side. I hope this was location specific. We dined about 7 pm so it wasn't very busy and it also wasn't closing time so I'm not really sure the problem.. also all of the workers seemed to have issues speaking in a decibel range that humans can hear on the other side of the counter. Lets just say I won't be back to this location

The food wasn’t good or bad was in between I did go towards closing time so it may have not been as fresh I would try again
