Management problems are quite overwhelming. it is quite clear that management wants to reduce food costs by preparing less food than necessary and leading the workers to give smaller portions, unless they complain when they begin to run out. normal business strategy would only make more food and give normal portions so that the business can grow and the people want to come back.
Maybe the filthiest chipotle I was on. the food line was scattered with food storage, as the customers were served, they had hardly any bottle and canned drinks, one of two dumpsters was missing and the only one that was crowded there. it was disgusting. will not come back. they get their act together.
The manager was really nice, but she was the best part of my experience in this place. I picked up three separate online orders (34 people, a total of 385 dollars). the commands were so timed that they could be picked up together. I got the second command, but not the first one. I went back to pick up the first order and the third order. I was given only half the first order I didn't recognize until I came back. I went back to pick up the other half of the first command. more than half of the order was wrong, but by the third trip to the restaurant for these three orders that should be picked up in a trip, I was done! I ordered the lunch from another restaurant to feed the people who received wrong orders.
I order from this location because it's the closest but I can't order online from here anymore. They almost always forget ingredients, one bowl I ordered was missing half the items including the guac. I'm a vegetarian and the bowl I ordered yesterday had chunks of chicken in it. I've called and spoke with Manger letting them know but I'm done.
Have utilized this location countless times. Tonight was the last time. I ordered online for my wife and myself. Both our bowls were skimpy and light. I had ordered extra steak which was clearly not given (additional cost My wife received what I would consider maybe a half portion of chicken if not less and no guacamole which was paid for. The side order of guacamole I received with my order was not fresh and was clearly seen by the overall brown tone. I will be deleting the app and finding an alternative place to get burritos now. This has been a constant issue with this location.
