Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irving

Dear buyers, please note how much they order for what they are. employees at this chipotle are not aware of how they register and they will calculate them incorrectly. I bought a sofritas burrito and was charged for steak burrito. not in the position to create a burrito with false portion sizes, although customers say that they specifically, how much you put several times, is a cache. recharge (overload) incorrect for the food they buy is another thing.

A friend brought me there to celebrate my birthday and we had fun! eating is good! we really enjoyed it.

Something is wrong with this particular store. They are so hesitant to put in the quantity. I’ve order 3-4 times from here and every time it was only a half filled bowl despite my order having extra sofritas, rice and beans. I don’t understand what’s wrong with the employees. It’s a fishing $17 bowl with all the extra charges dude, put in the stuff for god sake ??‍

The WORST chipotle. Waited over 30 mins with not a long line. Cashier didn’t know what salad dressing was and I had to show her where it was because she told me they didn’t have it. Very ghetto, dirty and the prices are higher

The employees are working quick but for cleaning the place probably they don't have time. I have to say only about the place inside, it's very dirty, the floor looks like never moped, where you order your food the counter is very dirty with food, trash cans full of trash.
