Wienerschnitzel - Irvine

Usually pretty good. fries are always fresh. sometimes the hot dogs are chewing, gummy or cooked over. I had two last nights. the one was good; the other was gummy.

Very clean and efficiently operated Wienerschnitzel. Don't come for the healthy food or the great taste, but once or twice a year it's an easy quick snack.

They can't get basic order requests right. Asked for a deluxe cheeseburger got no cheese ordered the special with 8 chili dogs with cheese and mustard. Wanted onions on 2 only got onions on all of them. Very simple requests that I'm sure they get all the time but are unable to accomplish.

I don’t know how this location passes health standards based on the conduct of your cashiers. The cashier was handling money, went to grab my food when I politely asked him to please sanitize his hands before touching my food. He sarcastically responded with, “oh you mean like this?” I was shocked at the attitude a simple request. He then handed me my food and with a snarky attitude said, “hope you don’t get sick.” I think given the circumstances it’s easy to read between the lines with what he was intending to say. This conduct is unacceptable and if this is the standard to which you hold your employees, it’s no wonder you are getting left in the dust behind canes, in n out and chick fill a.

The restaurant was very clean, and I dined around 1 o'clock. The food was served piping hot, and the French fries were freshly cooked as I had requested. I also enjoyed a drink, and the prices were reasonable. We shared some bananas for dessert, which were excellent. Overall, a great experience!
