Pho Saigon Pearl - Irvine

I was very surprised how great everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. I never ordered a cocose, but I'm so glad I did. Never thought a fresh cocose would taste so good! I loved my pork jelly, so savory. my friend ordered a filet mignon rice and it was so tender. in any case come back! service was excellent. thanks neo!

Large vermicelli. egg rolls were crisp and sharp. garnels were not overcooked. grilled pork was super tasteful.

Small comfortable Vietnamese restaurant in irvine. we went there for a chance when the other restaurant had a really long waiting period. surprisingly nice menu, fast service, friendly staff, fresh food and large portions. parking is a challenge in this area, but the effort is worth editing- there was another takeout. still the same great food and service.

Was feeling a little under the weather and needed some pho. Pho Saigon Pearl was super fast and easy to do take out. The take out bag has a ton of broth and veggies so you are fully set when you get home. Broth is so good. Not to salty. Perfect with just a little sriracha and hoison!
