It was my birthday. the service was not good and they did not even bring a candle or dessert for the occasion.

30 minutes wait until drinks arrive. I forgot a starter. server was very nice. not enough personal

Excellent service and good food. jenna put us in a great location and emily gave us the best service and attention. very special for my mother 81 to birthday! she was absolutely stellar! 10 stars!

An overall very average experience. The restaurant seemed short staffed. I arrived right on time for my reservation but had to wait 10 minutes for a table, even though there were at least 10 clean, open tables. The restaurant didn't seem very clean. There was a drink spilled on the floor near the front door that wasn't cleaned up the entire time I was at the restaurant. It took the staff too long to clean up dirty tables. Tables were wobbly and in disrepair. There as absolutely no manager presence anywhere in the restaurant. The food was fine and the server was nice but overall I was unimpressed with how this restaurant is being run. Considering how many other PF Chang's locations have closed, I wouldn't be surprised if this one follows suit soon. Maybe the Fashion Island location is better?
