I always start with the yellowtail sashimi with w/Jalapeño. it's not sharp at all. take out the jalapeño if they don't want a lightly spicy kick. it is the perfect size to start, and it is also super delicious. for dinner we had the “O” roll that the roll is wrapped in gurke instead of rice! it was great because there was no rice, and it was very easy. we also had the sashimi roll that is packed in soy paper. that was also amazing, light but super tasty. I recommend this place:
When they are on the table with their homie they know that they are going for a big start, but some the special custom omakase here are on another level! presentations of the courses are lively pairing with amazing selection to complete the experience.
We ordered the bbq eel roll, the salmon roll and vegetable tempura. The eel was so delicious! Staff and servers were accommodating.
Amazing sushi as always. Prices are above average. Service is great.
Went here for Orange Country Restaurant Week 2022. Omakase price is $120/person for ~10 courses. The sashimi was incredibly fatty and delicious to eat/taste. However, the nigiri/sushi was underwhelming of the 6 nigiri pieces, 4 of them were white fish with at least 2 snappers. And of the 4, 3 of them were terribly chewy. I eventually had to spit out some of it because it felt inedible. Plus, they didn't include any salmon so we ordered 2 separate salmon nigiri pieces.
