Johnny's Real New York Pizza - Irvine

The sauce on the pizza was almost non-existent. The cheese was piled on and uncooked, when taken apart it was still separate shreds. The pepperoni was placed very, very meagerly. The garlic knots were undercooked dough with raw garlic thrown on top after. Very disappointedFood: 1/5

I ordered online and got a text that said they are busier than usual and when I picked the pizza up no one was even in the shop.I got home we couldn't even pick the pizza up because it had no shape and not even one brown mark from the ovenThe pizza was essentially raw.I drove back and asked for a refund with touched pizza and they said that the order was placed online and therefore I couldn't get a refund.With that being said they offered to remake the pizza and because it seems like I will not be able to get a refund I reluctantly will have to take them up on attempt number 2

Visiting and doing some grocery shopping and to pick up dinner. Got text pizza ready! Got there 10 mins more and others coming in to hear this too. How can you ruin pizza? No flavor at All felt like I was eating plain cheese and tomato sauce. Staff was rude too!!!

I’m not joking here, this is truly the worst pizza i’ve ever had. and I’m not from new york or anything. it doesn’t take much to mess up a pizza for me. but this place did it. wow. it seemed only half baked, not even warm, and the postmates guy only took 5 mins to get to my house. seriously, it was room temperature. cheese still pure white and not fully melted at all. floppy unbaked crust. truly not good man. get any other pizza.

Got this place via postmates after seeing good reviews. apparently it's not at all the restaurant it once was. honestly the worst pizza i have ever eaten. I'm talking, chuck e. cheese could produce more flavor than this. if my 4 year old son prepped the ingredients for a pizza, this is what would come out. absolutely nothing but the taste of plain unmelted, half cooked mozzarella and dough. the side of ranch i dipped the slice in was the only source of any flavor. actually i wouldn't even call it half cooked. probably a quarter of the way there. is this a mob front? i cannot understand why someone would make this pizza and deliver it to someone at room temperature unbaked. zero stars. negative stars
