Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irvine

The food was incredibly bland. The rice was mushy, there was no lime served with the chips, and half of the quesadilla was missing cheese. I definitely won’t be ordering from this Chipotle again any time soon!

It feels like every time I order a bowl, the portions keep getting smaller and smaller.

I ordered one Burrito Bowl and one Burrito, but I ended up receiving two Bowls instead. To make matters worse, each Bowl looks like it's only half the usual portion served on-site. What am I actually paying for? Is this a joke?

I was eating my burrito and I was about half way through it when I was about to take another bite I saw something move. Then a bug came out my burrito. So disgusting, last time I order from chipotle.

The staff clearly struggle with making burritos without making a mess. I also witnessed a guy walk in, help himself to the soda dispenser, and fill up his large jug while the employees didn't seem to care. The tables weren't being cleaned, and the trash was overflowing.
