Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irvine

I always like chipotle. but it's fast eating. they prepare to eat quickly and press the restaurant even faster

Ordered the usual I get on the rare occasion we decide for Chiptole, for some reason this location can't seem to get an order right. It's happened before guess it's my fault for not learning my lesson those times we said ya know mistakes happen whatever no big deal still kind of isnt one, but to completely not add chicken (Xtra chicken as well as it says ON the receipt) to a chicken burrito bowl lmao its like astounding at how incompetent a place can be. I don't think I've ever actually left a review on anything really but this was just so hilariously idiotic to not leave one. Next time. Just take the extra minute to actually read the order. As a consumer only thing I can do is I won't be ordering from here again not that they care if they're CONSTANTLY making mistakes as other reviews say.

They are good and working super hard but double check orders for sure. Staff is great with corrections but please RESPECT THEM! They are feeding us and mistakes happen. So IF it does happen, understand they have had a busy crazy time as of late, and approach it as an adult, not a crazy hangry mongoose. ?

I remember when you could order the protein and it was the same cost. Now the base cost is chicken and the extras are extra so Barbacoa cost more. And let’s say you want to add double meat. The chicken is about to 2.65 more. So if you’re going to order a different protein than chicken expect to pay the additional cost plus the extra portion cost of 2.65.As to the food itself, it’s not bad. It’s not Mexican. It’s kind of your Tex Mex flair, without free chips or salsa on the side like you’d get at a mom and pop shop.Online ordering is not easy. You can’t ask for extra salsa, you can’t customize it with written instructions. Think of it as ordering from a robot, a real robot and they don’t understand much more than the basics.Still in a quick pinch it’s good. The takeout bookcase is kind of odd because I was expecting it to be based upon last name but they do it based on first name.

Been to a couple of places that serve guacamole but nobody comes close to Chipotle's guacamole.Great taste it's not browning lol.Keep it up chipotle !2 chicken burrito bowls
