I ordered an salate to have before the meal that never came.

Easy to read menu, nice staff and great food. Highly recommend.

It was a bit cold inside the restaurant. The food was overall pretty good, but the lasagna was mostly pasta and cheese, very little meat. I've had much better lasagna.

Unfortunately it was a pretty terrible dining experience at Brio. We were seated promptly but our server didn’t come by for quite some time. Our drinks took about 20 mins to arrive, our food didn’t start coming out for about it 50 mins. Our server didn’t come back to refill water until we were finishing our meal. Tried discussing with the manager on duty and he actually walked away from me initially as I approached him. This isn’t the first subpar experience at Brio and I don’t think we’ll be back.

The food was superb and our server was excellent, but I was embarrassed when they would not accept their own Brio gift cards that I bough from their own website just 3 days before. I tried calling their corporate office, but there’s no number to call. Not sure what to do.
