I love to go to black dot to enjoy my time and drink my favorite drinks, iced Hibiscusand iced caramel macchiato, the tuna boat is very tasty!! The breakfast is good as well. A nice atmosphere and the staff is helpful and attentive. strongly recommend ?‍ ?…Food: 5/5

A nice change from the monotony of other popular chains! Blk Dot has lots of Vietnamese options, and across the board the coffee seems to be very good quality--and it's quite caffeinated. I've been here three times and have always had very good service.Food: 5/5

Really awful service. Been here three times and the staff won’t even acknowledge you or say anything while you stand at the register waiting to order. Also $11 for a bagel with cream cheese and sliced avocado on it? The bagel is $3.25 on its own, so the cream cheese and sliced avocado are an additional $8?? Come on.Food: 2/5

Tyler (manager) was god awful. I paid 7$ for a cup full of ice, took two sips and the drink was down to the end. Never coming back, shitshow.Service: 1/5
