Pizza Hut Express - Irondequoit

It was a great pizza, but very hard to find location. the light was for the sign to find her business.

I ordered pizza on the line and asked for 1:30 clock pickup. I had 1:30 pizza there warmer. I asked if pizza is hot. the lady said yes. I live less than 5 minutes from the pizza hut when I came home, it was warm! I like to eat hot, the cheese didn't even move! I will order from another pizza place. the time before my pizza sauce had not marinara sauce. finished with pizza hut

Ordered pizza at 8.30 pm got no delivery up till 10 pm so I decided to call the restaurant and see what the issue is and they put on hold..while still on hold I drove to the restaurant and saw one employee in his car and the other one in the back room... the manager said the driver already went to my house even though I was sitting in my garage waiting for em.. basically pathetic customer service and now I'm in the restaurant waiting for my new pizza to get done.... don't order from here if you can't wait at least 2 hours for ur food.

This place needs a bigger sign in front.
