I was there to meet friends. Ordered a kids meal....15 minutes later it was not done. However, 4 people that ordered after me got their meals.Turns out they didn't make it.They gave me a coupon for a free burger- not a free mealOver $10 for a kids meal!

The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. The ice cream is also good. Great place for the family.Kid-friendliness: The kids meals are perfect size

Bill Gray’s is a Rochester institution. But today, the institution crumbled. The food was overcooked (yet also cold) it took a surprising amount of time to get the overcooked food, the kids running the asylum couldn’t answer simple questions. It was a disaster. Thank God Don’s Original is just a couple hundred feet away. Two stars because the place is clean.

Always good food and pretty quick. Sometimes our order isn't always correct but they've never given us an issue with getting it fixed. Definitely recommend for a quick dinner out option.
