Starbucks - Irmo

Friday afternoon at 3:00 they were so discombobulated they made us wait 20 minutes for two cookies and a glazed doughnut. We eventually had to complain and only then were told they were out of doughnuts. Just terrible customer service. When you are short-staffed, you need to periodically tell your customers that you are sorry and that you are working as fast as you can. You need a system to know quickly if you are out of an item. I doubt they were really out of doughnuts, just they needed to reduce their workload. No refund offered for doughnut, just a replacement item of equal value was offered. I can't imagine coming to this location often, it must be so frustrating.

Great food but long waits in line at this location .Prepare to stay in line more than 15 minutes

Bathrooms are out of order.The girl behind the counter basically forgets about my order and hands it to me nonchalantly like she’s done nothing wrong.

Traveling home to Florida- Drive thru service 17283/10!!! Buddy working at the window around 5pm on 6/22 was so friendly personal, which these deals are hard to find! our frap was ? the fuel to get us home safely to FL! ??

Has a cheerful staff, the standard Starbucks coffee, tea and iced drink menu. This store is clean, and popular.Wheelchair accessibility: Has an ADA approved ramp.
