I can't really comment on the atmosphere and service because most of my orders are for pick up through the app. Never had any issues with my food in preparation or

I ran in trying to make a quick order being short on time and trying to rush to the restroom in the same small window I tried telling him my order really fast as I went to the washroom. I came back and the poor guy had made it almost just what I asked for except he added black beans. After I explained it to him he quickly remade my burrito and I was out the door with time to spare.

My first time at a Moe's and the food was great. Service with a smile!

Ordered food for two people to be delivered. waited forever only to get 1 persons food with the other completely missing and not even on the receipt even though we paid for it. Decided just to go in person to get it and realized as I was leaving the house that they had just closed. Very inconvenient waste of time.

First time eating here. Last time eating here. We both got burrito bowls and ended up throwing them both out. The salsa tasted off and the so called steak, looked like something else other than steak. We were the only ones in the place and that should of been my red flag. Do not recommend.
