Dunkin' - Irmo

Oh my goodness! This restaurant does not even deserve a star. The woman working at the window was extremely slow and incredibly rude. When I asked for extra sugar, she handed me a whole cup of sugar. Whatever happened to sugar packets?! I will be going to Dunkin' Donuts every morning instead, where I have never had this kind of experience.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, my order is always wrong, even when I write it down. I know they are short-staffed, but it's still frustrating. The donuts are stale, I think they may be several days old.

I am a fan of Dunkin', but this is honestly the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. They are consistently bad with their donuts and the staff is at best indifferent. Despite living close by, I always hope for better every few months but I am disappointed every time. I would recommend visiting any other Dunkin' in the city except for this one.

Front sign is very confusing. they do not serve inside. only online pickups in the inner and through. the personal ignores them completely when they are inside. they were so loud as if you were at a concert. the service through the drive was as expected?.

We had our mobile order mostly prepared and ready to purchase, but had a question because the chocolate milk was not available on the app and wanted to purchase one out of the cooler. When asked for assistance the lady with pink/purple hair was extremely rude and refuse to help us and told us it was available on the app for Door Dash. I showed her my app and explained to her that it was not there. She snarkily retorted “go through the drive through”This was the worst service we’ve ever had at any DD. We were following through with the request to order through the app. There is no need to be rude and refuse to assist customers.We left, with our money and gave business elsewhere.
