Waffle House

Today December 14 at 6 40 am I was waiting for around 30 minutes. and my work team. and the girl who serves didn't come up to ask us anything. nor to serve us. You can check the cameras for more information. but personally I think they are paying a person to do

Excellent service from our friendly waitress. The food was good and timely served on a very busy day. Its very much a diner atmosphere but is what helps the appeal.

It was like 2am and only a server and grill cook working... There was maybe 8 customers 3 that had been there then me and my group of ppl (total of 5) I came with... None of the orders my group ordered was correct... All I ordered was a biscuit with gravy and a side of sausage which took almost 30mins to receive... We was told they ran out of coffee, lemonade, milk, orange juice, and tea... The server originally tried to say there wasn't any gravy or hash browns but thankfully the cook said they had them... The server kept messing up the orders by forgetting items, putting the wrong items on the wrong plate, or the order would be totally wrong and no where close to what we ordered... In the end we still paid for all our food (even items we didn't receive) since we had to go back to work and didn't have time to wait for the server to comprehend fixing the ticket... Idk what that server had taken that night but he was very obviously high on something

I would give this place 5 stars, but customer service on this day was disgusting. February 25 me and my fiancée went into Waffle House for brunch after I returnedfrom a deploymentto Afghanistan. We patiently waited for approximately 15 minutes. During this time Samantha who was working around 115PM was simply wiping off tables. She would only neatly stack used dishes on top of each other and leave them on the table. She would not put in any effort to assist with bringing the dishes to the cleaning area. The dishes remained on the table until my fiancée informed another worker. She appeared to solely do the bare minimum.
