I visit the Morse Rd location several times a month, primarily using the drive-thru, which is very easily accessible. The staff members are consistently friendly. The main reason I'm writing this review is that they have never once gotten my order wrong. This is truly impressive, especially for a drive-thru, as they've never missed a single item. The food is always served hot, and I assume it’s freshly made.

I formerly lived in Northeast Ohio and found myself craving the comforting flavors of home. I drove three hours from Cincinnati just to indulge in the Roman burger, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations! I would definitely make the journey again.

Not worth the price! The burger and bun were both thin and lacking in flavor. It’s nothing like it used to be when I was in the Cleveland area a few years ago.

I would like to lodge a complaint. The burger I received was undercooked, and I observed the manager, Alex P., handling food without wearing gloves. During our interaction, Alex was quite rude, and I firmly believe that he should be replaced immediately.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh and served hot. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of all the tables.
