Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely nonexistent. When I walked in with my family, we were greeted by dirty tables and floors. I had to ask what appeared to be a supervisor to clean the tables so we could sit down to eat. After placing our order, I repeated myself several times to the young woman at the counter, only for our order to still be incorrect. I’m not looking for attitude from someone who is young and unprofessional. We all have choices about where to spend our money, and unfortunately, my first visit here will also be my last. Other Freddy’s locations offer much better customer service than this one.

I was on the hunt for a new lunch spot, and I found it! The service was quick, my order was spot-on, and the food was excellent. The burgers have a classic grilled style and are seasoned just right, served on a bun with long pickle slices. The cheese curds are really delicious too. If you're looking for a tasty and quick meal, I highly recommend this place. I haven't tried the custard or milkshakes yet, though.

The best burger and fries ever!! Fries were crispy, burger tasted great and customer service was spot on!! The cashier was a lady named Sequoia. She was very friendly and efficient! My son and I will be back. My only regret is not discovering this place sooner!!

Don't have any of these up north where I've always lived. Must say, they should think about expanding. Love the food. Very tasty and fresh. Addicted to their custard!! 5 stars for food and service. Knocked off a star for cleanness. Parking lot had some trash laying around. Don't blame Freddy's for that, but lazy people who don't care about tossing their anywhere but the trash bin. Still Freddy's need to do a sweep through every now and then, take care of full trash binds and cleaning off tables after customer leaves. Again: lazy sloppy customers who could care less [hate to see their houses! But Freddy's needs to take a few minutes to clean off the tables. I will continue to go here cause the food is good and order always correct and on time. ?

The patty melt and fries were tasty, but the chicken tenders were disappointing—just three small, tough pieces. The trash inside was overflowing, and the staff were quite unfriendly. When I mentioned to one worker that I hadn't received the BBQ sauce I ordered, she simply walked away without a word. After waiting a few minutes with no one coming to the register, I had to flag down another employee for assistance.
