Donatos Pizza

We were a party of 8. We were given access to their party room. Food was served in a timely manner and was good tasting. It was an enjoyable dining experience. K I would suggest this business for a small party dining place. Thank you

I typically visit this location every Friday for pizza. The drive up window is nice instead of going inside especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Staff is friendly, and I have not had any major issues with employees or my food order. Staff was wearing masks during my visits so that's a plus. The location is great so it is easy to pop in and pop out. Edit (2/16/24): The service here used to be pretty good, but over the past few months, I feel it has declined. Lines are crazy inside and out, and it feels like the staff is overwhelmed with the chaos. Food is usually ready so no issues there.

Around 10:15 on Valentine’s Day, my boyfriend and I went over to get just one heart shaped pizza and that was it. We got our pizza and said thank you to the cashier all for him to very rudely slam the window in our face when it was a quick and friendly transaction. I don’t understand the attitude

I had Italian cheese sticks and Founders pizza delivered. I was told it would be delivered by 4pm. It arrived at 4:07. This made me think they were taking time to be sure it was well baked. It was very undercooked. It looked better than it tasted.

Waited and waited and waited and finally got helped by what I thought was a customer… no it was an employee wearing headphones talking on the phone and just sitting at the table while I waited at the counter. Her conversation was obviously more important than the customer. Obviously funnier too as she was just sitting there giggling with her friend the whole time. And who lets people work with their pants sagging to their knees. It’s unprofessional and disgusting. Will not be returning.
