Had the brisket and the sausage. It was some of the best bbq I had. Friendly server that kept my drink full all the time we were there.

We have often eaten at Rafter J in the past. I love her crusttail and my husband orders her Carolina baked potato. It was a simple decision to pick Jim and the staff in Rafter J to pick up the rehearsal dinner of our son. Our guests were very free about the food. Thank you. Jim!

We chose a barbecue to spend a cold night. We had pulled the brisket pork with the hand-cut frits, salad and potato salad The meat was so delicious and delicate that you did not have to add bbq sauce. The waitress was friendly efficient. Jim, the owner came out and talked to us, told us a little about the story he started and made us feel at home. We will definitely return.
