Wendy's - Iowa City

I absolutely love Wendy's! I always have a great experience at this location. In November, they offer a key fob that gives you free mini Frostys for the entire next year, and it costs just $2! I make sure to get one for each set of keys I have, and I also give them as gifts to anyone who helps take care of my daughter.

I was out with my 11-year-old grandson, and we were looking for a quick lunch on our way home. It was around 12:30 PM, and there were at least 10 to 15 cars in front of us in the drive-thru. I told my grandson we would give it 15 minutes, and if the line didn't move, we would head somewhere else. To our surprise, the staff managed to clear the backlog in just about 12 minutes, and we received our delicious food in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a very efficient experience!

Okay, Melvin is great! When we placed our order, he made it fun and entertaining. He was free and really took care of us as a customer. We are from Davenport (an hour away) but we will only return for Melvin!! Thank you for putting a smile on my face!!

Super friendly staff! Great service fast, professional, friendly. The restaurant was clean. We were just through Iowa and stopped here. Definitely recommend!

I only used the ride, but the staff was very friendly and helpful! a great change of short personalized stressful days! bravo to turn it around!
