Mcdonald's - Iowa City

Major renovation to the look and feel of the place. Same food. Order by kiosk if you’d like! WiFi is still slow. Hard to upload these photos.

I really like this mcdonald's. The staff are all very nice and provide excellent service. The drive thru moves efficiently so you don't have to sit in the line very long. Great food too. I wish there was a separate line for online orders.

Always reliable. the personal here is also good when I go through. love that they are 24 hours for the other people who work 14 hours shift and just want to eat a bit fast.

If I could give this place a zero. I would have. Again the wait was over 20 minutes, the food was cold and our order was not correct...yet again. Worst fast food place ever

I ordered a mobile order and there must have been some malfunction with the app or something so I ended up not even getting my food. I'm not complaining about that because that happens technology does that sometimes but the employees were extremely disrespectful and calling me names for no reason like what kind of place dose that? Never go to this mcdonalds ever ?
