I 'm working on an investment property; I stopped long enough to throw down this food, then continued to work.That said, I got my standard chili with hot sauce which is always delicious. I like to scoop it out with a saltine which makes it go a lot further.I also got a jr bacon cheeseburger without cheese (I DETEST processed cheese food aka American cheese), light mayo, add onion. Holy cow was that delicious! I never thought to add onion until the app offered it. Total game changer. If you 've read my previous reviews, you know I have a love/hate relationship with mayonnaise. A little is delightful. A sloppy mess is gross. This burger had the perfect amount.I ordered through the mobile app. I arrived a couple minutes before my pickup time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My order was ready and waiting but still hot.My only complaint is that the sidewalks were extremely icy and dangerous. I 'm not sure why they weren 't cleared but I didn 't like that at ALL.Parking: There is ample parking on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: It 's fast food, of course it 's kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Other than the iciness, it appears to be fully wheelchair accessible.
On 2/5/24 10:30 am, we stopped to have practice. We placed our order and were the only ppl in Wendy's. Our was taken, we had to wait, food was barely warm when we were served. Also, we ordered two cups of coffee and served coffee, but one cup was a full cup and the other was only 1/2 cup. Server stated she would bring more coffee. Coffee was never served and she went outside to be on her phone and smoke a cigarette! When we left this same server still outside asked how are meal was and my husband stated terrible and that we would never return. Meal came to approx $18. I would have called the manager, but appears by the ads, they are looking for a general manager, manager and assistant. To the public beware! Save your money and/or visit another fast food restaurant!
Did online order for 12.97 drove thru drive thru to pick up order and was told they couldn’t fill my order . They were out of potato and dreamcicle frosty . I asked for my money back and was told I have to go thru the app. The app told me my order was processed and I couldn’t get refunded. So Wendy’s got 12.97 for me to drive thru the window and say hi. The lady at the window had no compassion or knowledge of what I needed to do for my money back. ?? if u can’t fill an order DONT take the order. With the economy the way it is people can not afford to give money away for nothing.especially when still raising kids. And every time I go to Wendy’s they r always out of something cash potatoes burgers how can u stay in business if u can’t order your supplies properly???
It took 5 minutes before anybody knew that we were waiting at the counter. So, we got our food well half of it, they told me that they just got burgers delivered and it would be 4 minutes well it didn't take 4 minutes it took 20 minutes. So, I went back to the counter and no one was around so my hubby came up and said, is there any body around and if so where is my wife's burger at. This lady walked up and said, omg we're gonna get it we only have four ppl working so just freaking hold on I said I've been waiting 22 minutes and she said don't care . I will never go there ever again.
Very slow to get my food nobody inside or in the drive through. Yet still takes them 25 mins to even get my food.
