Arby's - Ionia

If I could rate this place a 0 I would, worst service ever, took 10mins for someone to even take my order, then another 20mins to get the order, just for it to be wrong. While waiting in line I'm watching the drive thru lady wait to take orders because she was too busy coloring up front and talking to friends. I think this place either needs new management or need to lay off the meth, those coloring books ain't going anywhere
