Bidrage med feedbackI have lived near Iola for 6 months and about once a month I shoot my shot with subway. every time I order food online, something is messed up. This time I paid $14.34 for a sandwich that only had 50% more turkey $2.00 more), american cheese, lettuce, regular mayonnaise… i got a sandwich that had tough bread, dried out lettuce, NO MAYO AT ALL, and a normal amount of turkey. I tried calling then and was on hold for long enough to lose my patience and now we’re here… no pic as sandwich was discarded before I decided to review.
Worst experience ever. Ordered online and received only 1 of 2 sandwiches. Employee gave me her personal cell phone to speak to manager. Was told it was a glitch. I asked for a discount and was told that wasn't an option. The floors and work space was very unsanitary. Bread was stale. Some vegetables frozen. Will not eat there again.
Love the Subway. But the online app. stinks! It never finishes processing the payment! I try to call them to see if they recieved the order and they don't answer the phone. Not happy at all.
Only issue was the new cinnamon churros. They were very dry and didn't taste right. Went to try again later and they were completely sold out of churros and pretzels. They didn't even have the new cookies on the menu.
Had the most amazing sub. The hot blonde/black haired woman with the glasses names Christina made it and gave me extra pickles. BEST SUBWAY EVER.
