Taco Bell - Inwood

I go there 3 to 4 times a week and at least half the time I go, forget my sauce. I always make sure they let you know when I order my food and they still forget it.

I'm actually a fan of Taco bell. But this is probably one of the worst Toca we took home. They smelled like chemicals and tasted old. It's over to crush the food. This place doesn't answer the phone at all. DISAPPOINTED.

Very poor product preparation. Food cold out the bag and missing many items from order. These people are a joke and honestly the poorest management team ever found. Too focused on their nightly goof off at work and not on the customers. I had to give 1 star only because a negative 5 isn't possible. Manager smells like a weed farm and acts like a child.

Absolutely disgraceful! They forgot 2 of my 5 items and my 1 crunchwrap was inedible. I went back in to get a new one and my missing items, which was fine. They did like 5% better on the new and missing crunchwraps. I can't even hold it up properly to eat it because it's a sloppy mess with hardly any filling. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option because that's what they actually deserve. Shameful...
