Tim Hortons - Innisfil

This is THE WORST tim hortons for getting your order correct. Then when I return the coffee made wrong, I get attitude. Yet IM THE ONE SPENDING MY MONEY, LEAST GET MY ORDER PROPER PLZ...Its not rocket

After I asked why croissant and Tim bits are in the same bag, the guy got angry and answered that it was my fault not to tell him that those two things are for two different people. I asked the name of the manager and he started laughing at me.

This location needs severe work !Donut case was full of flies of what donuts were in there , only a select few were there and they looked old ..Management definitely needs to step it up here .Restaurant also was not very clean .We had to clean the booth ourselves .Do better !

I literally downloaded yelp because the poor reviews of this Tim's are just not right. I've been coming here almost every day for several years and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is nice and the food and service are great!

Please update your hours.Closed at 10:30 on a Friday not sure when it actually closed but the hours online say 11pm
