Mcdonald's Restaurants - Innisfail

Probably the slowest drive thru in Alberta. Dirty inside, the worst place in Innisfail to go for a quick meal or coffee. Last time I stopped to get a quick coffee, 2 cars ahead of me I sat there for over 10 minutes . That is normal for Innisfail McDonald's.

Terrible McDonalds. Total lack of washrooms and the restaurant was filthy. The staff was very slow.

I drive around rural Alberta a lot and McDonalds is usually a place where you can find a clean bathroom no matter where you are. This isn't the case in Innisfail. I don't want to get into details, but the men's room was just nasty. A great way to lose your appetite.

Not even close to my order. Embarrassing. They checked over our order with us 6 times and still get it wrong. How is that possible? Do they not train here? Sometimes owners need to put more effort into their staff so foolishness such as this event does not occur again.

Fast and friendly service just a quick stop on the road trip to the cabin. Barley a line for being lunch time got two cheese burger fries and a big Mack and coke. Simple eat on the go meal. The quality seems The same at all Mcdonald which is nice you always know what to expect.
