The experience began on a positive note with the Pro-Shop attendant being very helpful and friendly. The starters were inviting and made for a great photo opportunity. Our group had four players, with three of us being teens. Our tee time was at 8:07, and by the eighth hole, the marshal informed us that we needed to speed up our pace as we were trailing behind the group ahead. I apologized and we hurried to finish the hole and complete nine. It was at this moment that I checked the time and realized we were actually well ahead of schedule. The scorecard indicates that a round should be completed in four hours and 25 minutes, and when we finished hole nine, it was only 9:58—under two hours for the first nine holes. I brought this to the marshal’s attention, but instead of being apologetic, he was confrontational and seemed oblivious to our progress. When I mentioned the scorecard timing, he insisted we should finish in under four hours since we were one of the first groups out. When we completed eighteen, it was 11:39, which was indeed under four hours. Despite the course's beauty, I will not return due to this negative experience, and I cannot recommend it to others because of the marshal's behavior. He reflects poorly on the course, and it’s unfortunate that he seems so power-hungry.

The location is excellent, and the food was fresh and served promptly. The golf experience was enjoyable and entertaining. I visited on the weekend, and there was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.
