Best seafood platter ever my family loved every bit of it highly recommended to everyone the food is absolutely delicious

Delicious fish and chips! Wonderful and kind friendly service even though she was rushed off her feet because she couldn’t find help. And then her sweet and kind daughter that makes goat milk soap at the Groovy Goat came to help her Mom! Seemed like all the locals were there too! What a great spot!! We also stopped for café lattes the next morning at the little coffee window right next door! Delicious and such a friendly young man that served us!!

My husband and I stopped here one afternoon after a sweaty hike through Cape Smokey. We were looking fr something cold to drink and something fast to eat this place filled those needs. My husband got the three piece chicken and fries meal and it was a good amount of food. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and was crispy and juicy. The fries were fresh and had a nice crunch to them. I got the hot hamburg sandwich and it was great. Not sure if the gravy was homemade but if it wasn't it was a close thing. The grilled onions set it above a typical hot sandwich. The lady working the counter was friendly and chatty especially with the slew of customers coming and going, most of which she obviously knew. It set a nice, friendly tome to the whole experience.

When not much is open in the off season this spot was great to find! Was delicious seafood with lots of options. The deep fried scallops were amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

We stopped at this restaurant for dinner and found the food to be good, typical takeout fare. The whistle dog was excellent, chicken pieces were great, onion rings very good, fries good, and the poutine excellent as well. Despite being fried, the food was not overly greasy, and the grease tasted fresh without any old or fishy flavors. One person in our group did not finish their burger, claiming it had a bad taste, but I cannot confirm as I did not try it. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would return when in the area. The staff was friendly and very busy, so our order took a little while to be ready, but it was worth the wait.
