Manolo - Ingolstadt

The salate and also burger in the manolo are always a dream. tastefully, the sauces are excellent and the foods are lovingly dressed. the service is very dedicated despite the many guests. two things would be better from my own: the seating in the open is very narrow. I find that one can only talk uninterruptedly and has little private sphere.The second point is that the broth babe is too small to the salates. 4 slices of baguette would have been inside after my view for the price. I also know that there was time there was also grain in the broth baskets. that doesn't have to be, but it's also very tasty.

The manolo at the west park was a popular meeting with friends for a long time, or also a local one to enjoy a delicious salad after a shopping visit to the west park. we were unfortunately no longer satisfied with several visits in the past weeks. in particular the quality of the feeds has greatly decreased. instead of high-quality, tasty and freshly prepared feed (isnb. burger) we were last served with prepared, prepared, slightly appealing dishes, reminiscent of "Fast Food". the first sight deceives. the servierrte court still looks appealing at the first sight. But you can see more and more precisely, then you try the court so that, for example, the pommes at the burgers were last repeatedly fully greasy, partly hard and only lukewarm. a view into the open kitchenneck shows why. pommes were prepared at our visit in a local large amount and then sneaked before themselves until they were selected as a supplement to a court. freshly prepared looks different. the direction of the teller no longer seems to be so strong in focus. even worse, the burgerbrötchen showed on the geneuan look the gast clearly greasy prints (partly with fingerprint). It's not necessarily an appetizer. for the price (10€) for a burger with pommes we had expected more. at our next visits in the Westpark we will not choose the manolo anymore and hope that the quality of the food will be regained in the future.
