Mcdonald's - Inglewood

The staff here do not adhere to safety protocols. One in particular touches their face frequently and then handles food. I recommend avoiding this place if you want to steer clear of COVID-19.

I love McDonald's food, especially their special fries and fish sandwich, among other items.

I visited the front counter today to place an order for myself and my children, and I had a very disappointing experience with the manager named Jason. Having worked in fast food myself a few years ago, I would never treat customers the way he did. He was rude while taking my order and displayed an unpleasant attitude towards his staff, even resorting to calling one of them by an inappropriate name. I could clearly see this behavior within just 10 minutes of being there, and my children noticed as well, commenting that he was a mean man. This is certainly not the kind of atmosphere a customer should have to endure, and it's unacceptable for employees to be treated this way by a manager. Additionally, my food took a long time to prepare and wasn't made according to my special instructions, but I didn't have the patience to wait in such a negative environment.

Great customer service. Good ambience. Waitress was good, food got here fast. The Mexican burger was ???

This is one of the few good Mcdonald's that have good customer service and if you need anything they will accommodate you. So I give them 5 stars. They fries are usually hot if they're not they will fix it.
