El Pollo Loco - Inglewood

I visited this El Pollo Loco at 11331 Hawthorne Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304 to eat lunch.The chicken were NOT freshly barbecued and were old. The were barbecued at least one day earlier!Fresh barbecue chichen are not dried, hard and cold!The amount of salt sodium in the chickens and the beans were very high!NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had to repeat My Order 9 times and they couldn't get it right after I got to the window. I had to ask for everything, sauce, napkins, everything. They were slow to answer, and kept me waiting, the one on Century Blvd at Crenshaw is Soooooo much better! Most of there store's, have people working for them, that their speech is hard to understand. Won't send anyone to this location.

The shrimp salad I picked up for lunch. It was 10.50. I have zero desire to eat it. Getting a hold of Pollo Loco customer service for a refund for this terrible salad, is nearly impossible.
