Jersey Mike's Subs - Ingalls Park

First time ever going. Went with my husband and our daughter. First off, the staff was very rude and condescending. My husband has been before but ordered something that was no longer on the menu. Instead of the staff member just saying we no longer serve that. She proceeds to say idk when you came here last but we haven’t served that in five years maybe more. Okay? Second, they made both of our sandwiches wrong and charged me $2.79 for two pieces of bacon my daughter wanted on her kids size sandwich? What a joke…. And of course after paying $36.00 we were prompted to tip. Absolutely not.

This place is awesome! The subs are great!!! The staff there was extremely friendly helpful and welcoming! We will definitely be back!!!

They clearly messed up the #10 Tuna Fish by putting lettuce on and realized it and tried to scrape MOST off while in the process took alot of the tuna too. Next time remake the sandwich. Usually my experience here is good but today was

Made 3 of 5 sandwiches incorrect and refused to replace them. They made roast beef instead of the chicken that was ordered. Unfortunatly we have people that are alergic to beef. Manager accused us of lying when we called the store to remeady the issue.
