If you have a craving to try the best Chole tikki in India, this is the place to be. It is a small shop which pops up in the Sarafa market in the night, and has the best of tastes. It is a must visit for me everytime we land in Indore.

Sawaria Chaat start operating after 8:00 in evening and you have to work really hard to get a plate of tikki with cholle. The tikki was nice and tasty. The price is also very reasonable about 50-70 rupees per plate. Double tikki with cholle is the dish that should be tried.

Best chole tikki in sarafa, and sawariya chaat is one of the most crowded shop in sarafa Bazar, bhutte ka kees is also very good here.
