Sushi On An Authentic Japanese Sushi Bar Restaurant

The restaurant provides both dine-in and take-out options. It has a seating capacity of around 70, making it a decent size for its location. The food is quite good, featuring a wide variety of sushi along with other choices for those who don't prefer sushi. The speed of service can vary depending on staffing levels. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful during my visits. As for prices, I consider them to be on the higher side, but it really depends on what you order.

The food is absolutely delicious! We ordered three rolls, and my favorite was one with scallops, though I can't recall its name. The Mango Tango Roll was also fantastic. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture, but I definitely plan to come back. Food: 5/5.

Reasonable prices for delicious food. We all ordered bento boxes with a variety of items, and we had no issues at all. When the waitress forgot my husband's order, she took full responsibility without making excuses, apologized sincerely, and resolved the issue right away. In today's world, it’s rare to see someone take accountability rather than shifting blame or lying. I really appreciate her honesty! Aside from that minor mistake, her service was exceptional!

I ordered a sashimi salad, but it came with too much dressing, and the large pieces of lettuce made it difficult to eat. However, the sashimi was fresh and flavorful. Although the restaurant wasn't crowded, our server didn't come to check on us, and we had to wait quite a while after finishing our meal to get someone to bring us the check. The atmosphere was quite dark, with dim booths and walls. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

This fresh sushi is absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It’s incredible to find such fresh seafood in the desert! The #1 Shooting Star roll is the best I’ve ever had! This cool, dimly lit, and inviting oasis is definitely where I’ll be spending my summer days in this heat. Food: 5/5
