My man and I were the FIRST table to sit 17 o'clock in the dining room. 2 more tables near us were about 15-30 minutes after. we ordered first. the other 2 tables were served before us. we waited for our appetizers. then our tellers came. manager)?( at our table to check on us. we told her our appetizers never came. our server came after and told us that the food store gave our appetizer to another table that had neither the tables near us, so they go figure. the manager did not come back to our table to offer any kind of excuse. Maybe the glass house wine my man drank? that would have been nice. do something, except we only take the appetizers from their bill don't know how the service staff could move when we were the first ones there.

Waited WAY too long for drinks to be delivered. In fact, before they arrived a server showed up with coffee. Obviously at the wrong table. So a rocky start. Things got better after that.

Great staff , our waiter was wonderful. Your not rushed, noice level is fine everyone having a great time

POM’s menu has so many options, it’s hard to decide! Bang bang shrimp was a great starter with a kick. The meatloaf was huge! The beef fajitas were delicious, so flavourful. Portions are large and prices are very reasonable. Server was very nice, however service was slow, we waited quite awhile for drinks, refills, even to pay.

The noise level was quiet until right before I was finishing my wine and then pay the bill and a party of 13 was seated. They were loud waiting to be seated and even louder once seated I know POM has no control over the inconsiderate behavior of its guests. I just wanted to comment. We had an excellent meal and excellent service.
