El Pollo Loco - Indio

Great service! Originally ordered from La Quinta online ( took my money and everything), but when I came there they were closed! So I called Indio and they said come down! They heard my sad story, and they treated me like a royalty. Sorry for my trouble, though it wasn't her problem. They did everything they could to cause potential damage to the brand, and earned my future business. The food in both shops was always good, but good customer service will create loyalty and cause people to drive a little further when they feel appreciated. What will we do if we have the desire again?

Let's start by saying I love El Pollo, been eating at them for years, BUT AVOID INDIO location. Spent $38 there for 10 pcs and sides and 2 drinks, driest oldest chicken I think they could find. My large salad had no cheese on it, a few broken tortilla chips not strips) the salsa was nothing but tomatoes and to top it off they didn't even carry ranch like other stores do. Then when I was eating dry plain lettuce I asked for an additional small dressing and was told I only get 1 with a large family sized salad. Serious go to the one on Monterey if you can MUCH BETTER!

Great stand. Clean. Bathroom available. Good prices. Knick cracks stuff, all fruits, nuts, drinks. Great tasting fruit!

My wife loves coming here but she doesn?t like to complain because she appreciates how hard people work. It has happened more than 4 four times that her food order is cold or the wrong order but the last straw is when she found a bone in her burrito!! Not coming back here till they clean up their act right!!

I HATE gives bad reviews: But here we go, I command the nachos and asked if I could get the Guac and sour cream on the side, they told me it could not be done, either I wanted it on or not! And I said why it's so hard to give me only 2 small containers with Guac and acid cream, it was a health department problem I couldn't get him to fulfill my order as I wanted. And when I picked up my nachos in the window, guess what? I had salsa on the side!! What's the difference? And what is the great deal to get something on the side?! Defenetly not a health department problem is just and I don't care about what my customers want problem!
