Taco Bell - Indianapolis

My girlfriend and I ordered burritos, and they seemed like they came straight from the frozen food section—they were the same size. I didn't receive any napkins or the sauce I requested. We waited over half an hour, only to be disappointed and feel like we'd completely wasted our money. They really need to find a new general manager!

I am not surprised to see reports of hair in the food, as many managers neglect to wear hairnets. The presence of smokers, not limited to just cigarettes, raises further concerns about hygiene. The restaurant also plays inappropriate music, making it an unsuitable environment for children—if they are fortunate enough to find the lobby open. Another alarming issue is the improper use of gloves; staff often use the same gloves for handling raw food and preparing meals, which is highly unsanitary. With so many other Taco Bell locations available, this particular business should have been shut down years ago. It is severely lacking in oversight and quality. I strongly recommend that you avoid this location to save both your time and money.

The girl working at the counter, who had brown hair and a septum ring, was extremely rude to my wife and me. She insisted that they hadn’t made any mistakes with the order and claimed it wasn't her fault. When we tried to explain calmly that there was no reason for her to be so rude, she raised her voice and told us we could sit there and wait all night, suggesting she'd be happy to take a break. Then she slammed the window shut and walked off. I ended up missing part of my meal, and I have no intention of ever returning to this Taco Bell in person. There’s simply no excuse for treating customers rudely when they are just trying to be patient and understanding.

Eating for quick eating is always ahead of me. but last night, after closing the club, we called to taco bell that they would open and wait. we showed us a group of workers who were outside what they called and dropped the food in water. whatever that means. so taco belle on post road I will not be back

Worst Taco Bell in the country.Dining room appears to be closed, no one answers the phone. It's like the phone is off the hook. I'm in a Big Rig and won't fit in their drive-thru.Guess I'll give my business to another company.
