I loved the gluten free options and the service was even better. I wish I could remember her name, but we were in there last night. Friendly, fast, and we loved our options. Will definitely be back.

Staff member was very helpful and friendly. First time trying small cakes so she explained anything we asked.

I tried a vanilla cupcake with pink frosting. The buttercream icing was quite delicious. The vanilla cake, however, was dry and gritty. It reminded me of the beige vegan cakes from the 1980s-1990s, before veganism leveled up. Much improvement is needed for their vanilla recipe.

We had ordered two dozen cupcakes for our daughters birthday party. It was communicated to us that we would pick them up at 2:00 pm the day of. When I arrived to pick them up the order was not fulfilled and the person working attempted to make it sound like it was our fault. Very rude. Will not be coming back and please, don't count on this place filling an order ahead of time.What's crazy, is that when my wife ordered, she specifically asked if she could prepay over the phone and she was told not to worry about it, just pay when you come in on Friday. Now they're backpedaling claiming we didn't get this order because we didn't come in and pay beforehand? I would have. We even asked.... Bottom line is the ball was dropped by these guys and they're attempting to excuse their way out of their fumble. Not getting treated very well particularly when we weren't the ones in the wrong here.

This is the absolute best bakery i've ever been to. If you're ever in the broad ripple area please do yourself a favor and get atleast one of these amazing cupcakes and some amazing service!
