Ritter's Frozen Custard - Indianapolis

A strawberry glacier, two vanilla bowls and a child dirt n worms. All three were extremely casual, even the cone. I've been drinking a lot. The glacier was more like a thin milkshake I thought it was like the equivalent of a milk queen blizzard (to tilt without falling), but I would have tried to turn the thing that it would have come out like water. Dirt n worms were the least runny, but overall it is not the place I remember as a child. Also waited about 15-20 minutes just to take it our order because it was a man show for the walkable commands. Then they had a man who was driving. You need more people and better handling methods to keep ice cold.

The person in the evening of 02. June 2023 commanded, was incredibly rude and dismayable. After repeating the order incorrectly, I made sure that the whip cream was left by the sun bench to which it reacted “yes, yes, I have it”. It was an adult woman who worked the shift.

Customer service was terrible. I never knew they'd put their face as close to the cup as they spit in it. They didn't get our order right, and we politely requested the right order and yes, it looked like they spit in it. No way back

Some of the best ice creams I had. ? plus large seating areas for large families or groups.
