We called the store to get it resolved, but the service at the store when I drove to pick up the correct order was met by ?we did the order right? and I had to explain each part that was incorrect more thanonce to get my correct order. We thought originally the nacho order (the new order received pictured below) was the onlyincorrect order, but no element of the order was correct, and they proceeded to give us stale chips and cold food upon comingback to the store for the corrected order. I will not be returning to this Qdoba as I am a high ranking rewards member in theQdoba app and this experience disappointed me as other Qdoba locations are better quality.
We placed an online order at 10:45am that said it would be ready between 11:30-11:40. When we walked in at 11:40 not only was our order not started but we waited almost 45mins for them to even start it. The employees and manager have poor communicationwith customers and eachother bickering at eachother on the line. They are unorganized and no one has a clue what to work onnext. A suggestion is to have 2 lines designated for in house and online because this is unacceptable!!!! We will not be back tothis location.
Eat is good. I gave a 2 star because I ordered my eating online at 18:30 clock, it was assumed to be ready at 6:53. I only got my food 19:40 clock. When I tried to ask about my order, I was told that I was stuck and nobody helped me ask. they were busy, but good customer service should ignore a customer.
Wow when I say such a big improvement!!! The store is clean even the bathrooms the manager on duty her name was Kimberly great customer service moved the line quickly and correctly there was 3 people on front line and everything was there didn’t have to wait even the fajitas yes! again wow what a great experience it seems like the higher management cares to give hours instead of just taking our money now they care KEEP THE FRONT FULL OF EMPLOYEES AND WE CAN EAT LUNCH AND BREAKFAST FINALLY A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
The process of ordering and checking out is super slow and awkward for the employees. Arrived just before Dinner rush and only 2 people on the front line. Took extra long to get food and check out. The food was still warm and tasty thankfully. But, they need better management. Oh and prices have gone up which I kind of expected.
