Paco's Taqueria - Indianapolis

I had their carne asada tacos.... they are THE BOMB!!! Made my favorite way with onions, cilantro and limes on the side. They heated and had a slight char on their corn tortillas! My husband and I have been to a couple of restaurants lately that serve tacos. I don’t know what the deal is here in Indiana but people don’t toast/heat up their tortillas. They leave them raw. Paco’s do their tacos right!! Thx so much for the great food!

I just read CJ's one star review. I just happened to be passing through the area and tried this restaurant for the very first time. Ironically, CJ came in while I was there. I think everyone should try this restaurant formulate their own opinions. CJ wouldn't be a loyal customer since they opened if the food wasn't fantastic. It is unfortunate that he struggled with his Groupon and for that I cannot comment. I can however tell you that our experience was the best Mexican experience I have encountered. I have eaten Mexican food from the East Coast to the West Coast and Mexico. The seasoning and preparation of just a simple taco was magnificent. The five different Salsas and sauces that I tried were flavorful and robust! We tried 5 different tacos all of which were fantastic. Keep up the good work! We will be back!
